Hevron Heights Winery produces red wines from the Judean Hills, Israel's principal wine region. The winery works primarily with Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot—grapes that thrive in the region's elevation and continental climate. Armagedon, a Shiraz-Cabernet-Merlot blend, and Special Reserve A Lasportas Brother's Selection, also a Cabernet-Shiraz-Merlot composition, represent the winery's core expression. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator. The winery also produces Jerusalem Hills Judean Vineyards Mount Hevron, a blend of Marzemino and Groppello—less common varieties that add textural complexity to the portfolio. The Judean Hills' cool nights and limestone soils encourage wines of structure and aging potential, characteristics evident across the winery's range.
