Hiedler

Hiedler produces wines in Kamptal, a distinctive subregion of Niederösterreich in Austria's Weinland. The winery's portfolio centers on Grüner Veltliner, the white grape that defines Austrian viticulture—mineral-driven, crisp, and capable of remarkable depth in the right hands. The Familienreserve and Ried Kittmannsberg 1 ÖWT Reserve Grüner Veltliner represent the upper tier of the range, both expressions of the region's terroir and the variety's potential for complexity. A dessert wine, the Eiswein Weissburgunder, rounds out the portfolio with concentrated sweetness and acidity. The wines have been assessed by major critics including Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter.
