Huber produces wines from Weinland in Niederösterreich, Austria's largest wine region. The winery focuses on two of Austria's signature white varieties: Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. The Select Riesling represents the winery's work with the classic Austrian expression of this grape—mineral-driven and age-worthy. A Riesling Trocken offers a drier interpretation of the same variety. The Vegan Grüner Veltliner extends the portfolio into the peppery, herbaceous character for which the variety is prized in the region. Both Wine Spectator and Decanter have rated Huber's releases, anchoring the winery within Austria's contemporary white wine conversation.
