Il Vino dei Padri
Il Vino dei Padri sits in Monferrato, the rolling heart of Piemonte in northern Italy. The winery draws from the region's native grapes, which thrive in these limestone-rich hills. Barbera d'Asti Superiore anchors the portfolio—a wine of structure and depth that reflects the Barbera grape's natural acidity and dark fruit character. The Bonarda, made from the region's other signature red variety, offers a different expression of Monferrato's terroir. Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, from the rare and perfumed Ruché grape, rounds out the lineup. Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator have both assessed the winery's output, recognizing the technical merit of these traditional Piemontese expressions.
