Innocenti produces wines from Montepulciano in southern Toscana, where Sangiovese thrives in the region's clay and limestone soils. The winery's portfolio centers on the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano appellation—a Sangiovese-based wine defined by structure, earthy depth, and aging potential. The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva represents the top tier, aged longer to develop complexity and polish. A secondary expression, simply labeled Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, offers earlier approachability while maintaining the varietal's characteristic tannin framework. The Rosso di Montepulciano rounds out the range, a younger, more immediate wine built from a blend of local grapes—Canaiolo Nero, Prugnolo Gentile, and Mammolo—that captures the freshness of Montepulciano's terroir without extended aging.
