Jaillance
Jaillance produces sparkling wines from Châtillon-en-Diois in the Clairette de Die appellation of the Rhône Valley. The winery's portfolio centers on crémant—France's traditional-method sparklings made outside Champagne. Their Crémant de Die Brut draws on Clairette, the region's signature white variety, known for its delicate florality and crisp acidity. The Héritage line extends into Crémant de Bordeaux territory: a Brut built from Sémillon and Cabernet Franc, and a Brut Rosé anchored in Merlot. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator. The house sits at the intersection of two distinct French sparkling traditions—the Alpine freshness of Clairette de Die and the structured elegance of Bordeaux-based crémants.
