Jean-Noel Haton produces Champagne from the region's classic varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The house releases three flagship cuvées. Noble Vintage Brut blends all three grapes into a balanced expression. Blanc de Blancs Brut showcases pure Chardonnay, the grape's mineral precision and acidity defining the wine. Extra Brut Intense Grand Cru pairs Chardonnay with Pinot Noir in a drier style, its dosage minimal. The house works within Champagne's traditional framework—méthode champenoise, chalk soils, cool-climate ripening—to produce wines that reflect both grape character and terroir.
