Karadimos Καραδήμου

Karadimos produces wines in Atalanti, within the Fthiotida region of Continental Greece. The winery works with indigenous Greek varieties suited to the continental climate: Assyrtiko and Xinomavro. Alba Vissa, an Assyrtiko white, and Vissa Xinomavro, a red blend, represent the core of the portfolio. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate and Decanter. The continental terroir of Fthiotida—marked by temperature variation and distinctive soil—shapes the character of these expressions, lending structure and minerality to the whites and firm tannin to the reds. Karadimos' focus on native varieties reflects a commitment to the specific conditions of Central Greece.
