Klosterhof produces wines in Trentino, the southernmost province of Trentino-Alto Adige in northern Italy. The winery focuses on white varieties suited to the Alpine foothills: Moscato Giallo and Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc). Its Goldmuskateller, made from Moscato Giallo, expresses the aromatic character typical of this Muscat relative, with the mineral precision that Trentino's limestone and slate soils impart. The Trifall Weissburgunder, from the crisp, food-friendly Weissburgunder variety, reflects the region's cool-climate viticulture.
