L'Arpenty - Francis et Francoise Desbourdes
L'Arpenty produces wines from Chinon, in the Loire Valley's heart. The winery focuses on two of the region's defining varieties: Cabernet Franc, which yields structured reds with the mineral precision characteristic of Loire terroir, and Chenin Blanc, the Loire's most versatile white grape. La Pointevinière, a Cabernet Franc, and Chinon Blanc, made from Chenin Blanc, represent the winery's core offerings. A Vieilles Vignes Cabernet Franc rounds out the portfolio, drawing from older vines for added depth. Wine Advocate has rated these releases.
