L'Escart produces Bordeaux Supérieur wines from the classic left-bank blend tradition. The winery's portfolio centers on three expressions: Cuvée Eden and the flagship Bordeaux Supérieur, both anchored by Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc or Malbec in the blend, and Cuvée Tradition, which follows a similar Merlot-forward structure. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast and Wine Advocate. The Cuvée Eden and Bordeaux Supérieur bottlings represent the upper tier of the range, while Cuvée Tradition offers an entry point to the house's approach. Bordeaux Supérieur, the appellation itself, sits one step above generic Bordeaux in classification, requiring lower yields and higher alcohol than its parent designation—a marker of concentration and ripeness in the glass.
