La Candelaria produces wines from Castilla, Spain's vast central plateau. The winery focuses on two indigenous varieties: Tempranillo, the region's signature red grape, known for its dark fruit and structured tannins; and Viura, a white variety prized for its crisp acidity and mineral character. The flagship Cubo Tempranillo Selección represents the winery's commitment to the variety, while Senda 66 Tempranillo offers a complementary expression.
