Two Pinot Noir–based expressions follow: the Sélection Parcellaire Les Sous Blanc de Noir, a blanc de noir cuvée, and the Zéro Dosage Brut Nature, both rated 91.0. The latter reflects a drier house style, minimal dosage allowing the fruit and terroir of Aÿ to define the wine. Lallier's focus on single-village fruit and restrained winemaking positions it within Champagne's tradition of grower houses.
