Lamberti
Lamberti operates in Veneto, the northeastern Italian region that has shaped a distinctive winemaking tradition around two contrasting styles: the dried-grape intensity of Amarone and the bright, refreshing character of Prosecco. The winery's portfolio centers on these regional signatures. Its Amarone della Valpolicella, built from Rondinella, Molinara, and Corvina, represents the appassimento method—grapes dried to concentrate sugars and tannins into a wine of depth and structure. The Turá Prosecco Extra Dry, made from Glera, embodies the opposite impulse: crisp, lightly sparkling, and meant for immediate pleasure. Between them sits the Santepietre Valpolicella Ripasso, a middle ground that uses the same core grapes as Amarone but with partial drying, yielding a wine with richer body than standard Valpolicella yet more freshness than its fully dried counterpart. Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator have rated across this range, reflecting the technical consistency required to work across such different expressions of Veneto's terroir.
