Latta produces wines from Columbia Valley, Washington's expansive growing region. The winery focuses on Rhône-style blends and single varietals, drawing on grapes well-suited to the region's continental climate. Mayor Bill GSM—a blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre—and the Dana Dibble Syrah represent the winery's work with Rhône varieties. The Upland Vineyard Grenache rounds out the portfolio.
