The winery produces three flagship wines that have drawn assessment from major critics including Decanter, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Falstaff. The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, made from Sangiovese, anchors the range with the characteristic tannin and acidity the appellation demands. A Riserva expression, aged longer and made from Prugnolo Gentile, deepens that profile. Ada Vin Santo di Montepulciano, a fortified wine from Malvasia and Grechetto, represents the region's tradition of sweet wine production—oxidative, concentrated, and built for aging.
