The house focuses on Chardonnay-based cuvées, drawing on the grape's mineral precision and aging potential in this northerly climate. The Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru—a pure expression of Chardonnay—demonstrates the elegance characteristic of the appellation's finest white-wine bottlings. The Sublime Rosé Brut Grand Cru, a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc, adds textural depth while maintaining the brightness expected of Champagne's rosé category. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate.
