Legras & Haas produces Champagne from the Chouilly terroir, a Grand Cru site in the Côte des Blancs known for Chardonnay of mineral precision and aging potential. Les Sillons and Sélection de L'Ours Blanc de Blancs Brut both emerge from Chouilly's finest parcels, their purity and structure earning recognition from Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast. The π Extra Brut, leaner and more austere, demonstrates the house's command of dosage and balance.
