The winery's portfolio centers on two distinct expressions: Mariage Carpe Diem, a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, and Reserve Carpe Diem, built from Grüner Veltliner, Austria's signature white grape. A third flagship, Kommende Mailberg Malteser Ritterorden, pairs Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot in a structured red wine.
