Loubud produces sparkling wines from Santa Ynez Valley, in California's Central Coast. The winery's portfolio centers on traditional-method bottlings built from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the classic foundations of fine sparkling wine. The Cebada Vineyards Blanc de Noirs—a pure Pinot Noir expression—and the Cebada Vineyards Brut Cuvée, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, represent the core of the range. A Rosé of Pinot Noir rounds out the lineup. Santa Ynez Valley's cool maritime influence and diurnal temperature swings favor the high-acid, delicate fruit profiles essential to sparkling wine production.
