Louis de Sacy produces Champagne from Verzy, a Grand Cru village in the heart of the region. The house works with the classic varieties of Champagne—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—crafting three flagship cuvées that reflect the terroir and precision of their source. The Nobu Brut, a blend of all three grapes, anchors the portfolio. The Eden Park Brut Rosé draws on Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier for its structure and color. The Cuvée Inédite Blanc de Blancs, made entirely from Chardonnay, expresses the mineral and floral character the variety can achieve in Champagne's chalky soils.
