The Cava Amor Rosé, a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Macabeo, demonstrates the region's capacity for elegant pink sparkling wine. The Cava Amor Special Cuvée, built from Parellada, Xarel-lo, and Macabeo, represents the house's approach to traditional cuvée production. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.
