The house works across the classic trio of grapes—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—to craft wines that reflect the precision and minerality the terroir demands. The Millésime Brut Champagne blends all three varieties into a balanced expression rated 93.5 by Wine Enthusiast. The Les Historiques line showcases single-varietal depth: a Cramant Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru built entirely from Chardonnay, and a Blanc de Noir Grand Cru centered on Pinot Noir, both drawing from the house's Grand Cru vineyard sources. These wines demonstrate the range possible within Champagne's strict production framework—from the textural complexity of a multi-varietal brut to the focused character of single-grape, single-village expressions.
