Manara

Manara produces wines from Veneto in northern Italy, drawing on the region's signature grapes and traditional styles. The winery's portfolio centers on Valpolicella expressions: Moronalto Recioto della Valpolicella Classico, a dried-grape wine built from Corvina, Dindarella, Rondinella, and Croatina; Corte Manara Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, a structured blend of Rondinella, Molinara, and Corvina; and Vecio Belo Valpolicella Classico Superiore, which combines Molinara, Corvina, Dindarella, and Rondinella. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Falstaff, and Decanter. The Moronalto Recioto and Corte Manara Amarone represent the winery's core offerings, reflecting the concentration and depth characteristic of Valpolicella's appassimento method, where grapes are dried before fermentation to intensify flavor and alcohol.
