Mantlerhof produces wines from Niederösterreich's Weinland region, where continental climate and mineral soils shape distinctive white varietals. The winery works with Austria's signature grapes: Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, and the less common Roter Veltliner. Its Roter Veltliner Reisenthal Reserve and Beerenauslese expressions—both the Riesling and Grüner Veltliner—represent the winery's focus on precision and concentration. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. The Beerenauslese Riesling and Roter Veltliner Reisenthal Reserve each achieved an average prestige rating of 94.0, while the Beerenauslese Grüner Veltliner rated 93.0. Niederösterreich's cool-climate conditions favor high-acid, mineral-driven whites with aromatic intensity—qualities evident in these reserve and late-harvest selections.
