Maquis produces wines from Colchagua Valley in Chile's Rapel region, where the Central Valley's warm continental climate favors dark-skinned varieties. The winery's portfolio centers on Carménère and Cabernet Franc—grapes that thrive in this terroir. Viola, a Carménère and Cabernet Franc blend, and Franco, a single-varietal Cabernet Franc, represent the upper tier of the range.
