Les Bermonts, a blend of both varieties, and Les Saints Rémys, built on Pinot Noir, both achieve 95-point ratings from prestige critics including Wine Advocate and Decanter. Avize & Cramant, a Chardonnay-based expression, reaches the same benchmark. These wines reflect the chalk-rich terroirs of Champagne's most classified sites, where cool-climate ripening and extended aging on lees develop the complexity and structure that define the region's finest bottlings.
