Martoccia

Martoccia produces wines from Toscana in central Italy, anchored in Sangiovese—the region's defining grape. The winery's Brunello di Montalcino, made from Sangiovese, represents the classical expression of this prestigious DOCG: structured, age-worthy reds built on the variety's natural acidity and tannin. The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva extends that profile with additional aging and complexity. Beyond the flagship Brunello, Martoccia crafts Poggio Apricale, a Toscana blend of Colorino del Valdarno and Sangiovese that shows the versatility of local varieties. The wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Falstaff.
