Mas des Caprices produces wines from Languedoc, the sprawling Mediterranean region of southern France known for sun-ripened reds built on indigenous and classic varieties. The winery's ZE Fitou, a blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Mourvèdre, draws on the appellation's tradition of structured, earthy wines with dark fruit and mineral tension. Retour Aux Sources, a blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, channels the region's capacity for ripe, layered reds with spice and depth.
