Mattebella produces wines on Long Island, where maritime influence and glacial soils shape the terroir. The winery works with classic varieties suited to the region's cool climate: Chardonnay for its flagship Reserve, and Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot for its Old World Blend Red.
