Maurice Choppin
Maurice Choppin produces Champagne from the region's classic trio of grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. The house releases a Brut and a Rosé Brut Champagne, both rated 87 points by prestige critics including Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator. Les Arpents, a cuvée blending the same three varieties, rounds out the portfolio at 81 points. These are dry, structured expressions rooted in Champagne's chalky terroir and traditional méthode champenoise production. The Brut offers the house's core expression, while the Rosé brings the subtle fruit character that Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir can impart to sparkling wine. Les Arpents represents an alternative expression within the range.
