Mayol produces wines from Priorat, the steep-terraced region of southern Catalunya known for powerful reds and mineral whites. The winery's flagship, Torroja des de dins Vi de Vila, blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Garnacha—a combination that reflects Priorat's ability to ripen dark fruit while maintaining structure and depth. Brogit Old Vines, made from Grenache and Samsó, draws on the region's heritage varieties, while Roser, a white blend of Macabeo and Grenache Blanc, shows the aromatic and textural range possible in Priorat's limestone and slate soils. Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate have rated Mayol's releases.
