Medievo

Medievo produces wines from Rioja, Spain's most celebrated red wine region. The winery works with the classic grapes of the area: Tempranillo, which forms the backbone of Rioja's structured, age-worthy reds, and the white varieties Macabeo and Viura, known for their crisp acidity and mineral character. Grenache rounds out the portfolio, bringing ripe fruit and spice to the blend. The Tuercebotas Organic White, a Macabeo-Viura blend, and the Acuro Tempranillo have both drawn attention from major critics including Falstaff, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. The Family Vineyards Tuercebotas, built on Grenache, completes a range that spans Rioja's traditional expressions—from structured reds to fresh, food-friendly whites. These wines reflect the region's commitment to balance and terroir-driven character.
