Millaman operates in Chile's Curicó Valley, a region within the Central Valley known for producing bold, structured reds. The winery focuses on Carménère, the dark-skinned varietal that defines much of Chilean viticulture, alongside Zinfandel. Its portfolio centers on two reserve expressions: the Limited Reserve Barrel Aged Carménère and the Estate Reserve Carménère, both of which have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast and Wine Advocate. The Limited Reserve Barrel Aged iteration, aged in wood to deepen its structure and complexity, represents the winery's most highly rated offering. A Limited Reserve Barrel Aged Zinfandel rounds out the lineup, bringing the spicy, fruit-forward character typical of the varietal. These wines reflect Curicó Valley's capacity for ripe, concentrated fruit and the aging potential that barrel maturation can unlock.
