Mirabella
Mirabella produces Franciacorta, the traditional-method sparkling wines of Lombardia in northern Italy. The winery's portfolio centers on the region's signature blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay—grapes that thrive in the continental climate of the foothills south of Lake Iseo. The Franciacorta Non Dosato, a bone-dry expression of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Nero, and Chardonnay, anchors the range. Alongside it sit the Cuvée Demetra Brut, built from Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, and the Franciacorta Pinot-Chardonnay, which pairs those two varieties in a more restrained dosage style.
