Montcalmès produces wines from Languedoc in southern France, a region celebrated for its sun-soaked vineyards and Mediterranean character. The winery's Blanc blends Gros Manseng, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, Courbu Blanc, and Vermentino into a white of considerable complexity. Its Terrasses du Larzac draws on Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre—grapes that thrive in the region's warm climate and limestone soils, yielding wines with depth and structure. A Coteaux du Languedoc Blanc built from Marsanne and Roussanne rounds out the portfolio. These wines have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Falstaff.
