Monte Xanic operates in Valle de Guadalupe, the heart of Baja California's wine region in Mexico. The winery produces wines rooted in classic varieties: a Chardonnay that balances the grape's natural richness with regional character, a Petit Verdot–Merlot–Cabernet Sauvignon blend called Gran Ricardo that draws on the structure and depth of Bordeaux traditions, and a Chenin–Colombard white that showcases the aromatic potential of Colombard in a warm climate. Wine Spectator and Decanter have rated the Chardonnay and Gran Ricardo at 90 points, marking them as serious expressions of their respective styles. The Chenin–Colombard, blending two white varieties, reflects the experimental spirit of Valle de Guadalupe's winemaking.
