Moraitis
Moraitis produces wines from the Cyclades, the sun-drenched islands of the Aegean Sea. The winery works with indigenous Greek varieties suited to the region's maritime climate and volcanic soils. Paros Malvasia, made from the Malvasia grape, represents the winery's expression of white wine from these islands. Assyrtiko, another hallmark variety of the Aegean, appears in the Single Vineyard Sarakiniko bottling. The Paros Red blends Monemvassia and Mandilaria, local red grapes that reflect the terroir of the Cyclades. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Falstaff, and Decanter.
