Morgassi Superiore produces Cortese-based whites from Gavi, the limestone-rich corner of Piemonte known for crisp, mineral-driven expressions. The winery's Volo, a Cortese bottling, has been rated by Wine Spectator and Decanter. The Gavi di Gavi, also Cortese, rounds out the portfolio. Both wines emerge from a region where the grape finds its ideal expression—high acidity, delicate stone fruit, and the subtle salinity that defines the appellation's best work.
