The winery's portfolio centers on méthode champenoise expressions built from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay—grapes that thrive in the cool climate and chalky soils of the Penedès zone. The Cava Perles Blanques Millesime, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and the Cava Perles Rosés Millesime, made from Pinot Noir alone, both earned 93-point averages from prestige critics including Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate. The Cava Cuvée Antonia Perles Rosés, also Pinot Noir-based, scored 92 points across the same panel. These wines reflect the precision and minerality characteristic of quality Cava production—fine bubbles, structured acidity, and the complexity that extended aging on lees imparts to traditional sparkling wine.
