Nicolas Feuillatte produces Champagne from the region's classic grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The Collection Vintage Blanc de Blancs Brut Millésimé, made entirely from Chardonnay, represents the house's expression of single-varietal sparkling wine. The Grande Sélection Brut blends all three traditional Champagne grapes, while the Brut Cuvée 225 Vintage similarly combines Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
