Novelty Hill produces wines from Columbia Valley, Washington's expansive growing region. The winery's portfolio spans both classic Bordeaux varieties and Rhône-style blends, drawing on the region's capacity for ripe, structured reds. Stillwater Creek Vineyard Late Harvest Sémillon showcases the dessert wine potential of Washington fruit, while Il Corvo—a Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sangiovese blend—demonstrates the winery's approach to Tuscan-inflected composition.
