Nyetimber produces sparkling wines from Sussex, England, where cool-climate conditions favour the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier varieties essential to traditional-method fizz. The 1086 Prestige Rosé, built on Pinot Noir, and the N Brut—a blend of all three grapes—represent the winery's core offerings. Tillington Single Vineyard, a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay expression, rounds out the portfolio. These wines have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast.
