The winery draws on the classic Southern Rhône palette: Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, often blended in the tradition of Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages. L'Épiscopal Châteauneuf-du-Pape anchors the portfolio, a four-grape blend that has earned recognition from Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Wine Enthusiast. La Domelière Rasteau and Tradition Rasteau follow, both built on the same core varieties in slightly different proportions.
