Ousyra produces wines from indigenous Greek varieties in the Aegean Sea region. The winery's portfolio centers on three distinctive expressions: Fokiano Rosé, made from the Fokiano grape; Monemvasia, crafted from the Monemvassia variety; and Serifiotiko, a wine built on the Serifiotiko grape. Each represents the terroir and varietal character of the Aegean, where maritime influence shapes the growing conditions. Decanter has rated these wines, recognizing their quality across the range. The Fokiano Rosé leads the portfolio by prestige assessment, followed by Monemvasia and Serifiotiko.
