The Blanc de Blancs Brut offers the classic profile of Cramant Chardonnay—mineral, precise, and structured. The Cuvée des Chevaliers Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, disgorged without added dosage, pushes toward greater austerity and complexity, allowing the vineyard's character to dominate. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate.
