Pacheca operates in the Douro, Northern Portugal's most prestigious wine region, where steep terraced vineyards and schist soils produce wines of depth and structure. The winery draws on the region's signature grapes—Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz among them—to craft both dry table wines and fortified Ports. The Douro Vale de Abraão Tinto, built from Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional, demonstrates the region's capacity for elegant red wines with aging potential.
