Palazzone produces white wines from Orvieto, the historic wine zone of Umbria in central Italy. The winery works with the region's native varieties—Grechetto, Procanico, Verdello, and Malvasia—alongside Sauvignon Blanc, crafting wines that reflect the volcanic soils and continental climate of the area. Campo del Guardiano, a Grechetto-based wine, represents the winery's top expression. Muffa Nobile Orvieto Classico Superiore blends Sauvignon Blanc with local grapes to create a wine shaped by noble rot, a signature technique of the Orvieto tradition. Musco Bianco rounds out the portfolio with a field blend of Verdello, Malvasia, and Procanico. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Falstaff.
