Pannier produces Champagne from the classic blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. The house's flagship cuvée, Egérie de Pannier Brut, combines the structure and depth of Pinot Noir with the finesse of Chardonnay and the roundness of Pinot Meunier—a balance characteristic of the region's finest expressions. Egérie Rosé de Saignée Brut, made from the same varieties, demonstrates the house's range across the traditional Champagne palette. Blanc Velours Brut rounds out the core range, offering another interpretation of the regional blend. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Wine Enthusiast.
