Papargyriou

Papargyriou operates in Korinthos, within the Peloponnesos region of Greece, where Mediterranean sun and ancient terroir shape distinctive white and rosé wines. The winery draws on indigenous Greek varieties: Assyrtiko and Sauvignon Blanc anchor its whites, while Agiorgitiko and Mavrodafni form its rosé. Unfiltered, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Assyrtiko, represents the winery's approach to mineral-driven whites with textural complexity. Le Vigneron Grec Blanc, a pure Assyrtiko expression, showcases the variety's signature salinity and stone-fruit character. The rosé, built from Agiorgitiko and Mavrodafni, captures the red-wine potential of the Peloponnesos in a lighter frame. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter.
